That is such a positive step by the EU. Present Afghan leadership’s sincerity for its people is a lesson for us. Their leadership's and their children’s past, present and future is in Afghanistan. Everyone who wonders how important that is, should note where Afghanistan is today, give it 10 years of peace and it will be competing with Pakistan in exports.

Right now, Taliban are in Norway begging for money. Taliban's supreme leader akhandzada (resemblance to akhrot a coincidence?) couldn't control his minions from desecrating the Pakistani flag on aid trucks last year or stop them from attacking the Pakistani border right when Pakistan had organized an OIC conference to get aid to Afghanistan?
Can you with a straight face tell me the logic behind such moves?

China was willing to invest in the mines that could have gotten at least some tax revenue to the Taliban. Afghanistan was never better off economically compared to Pakistan even before the eighties when Ghani and Taliban didn't exist with their properties in UAE, Saudia, Qatar and Pakistan among other countries. Of course, Steve Coll wrote about this Afghanistan which Afghans romanticized where they used to listen to poetry over the radio.

There were WMDz in Iraq and Abhinandan received an award for shooting down Pakistani F-16s. Taliban have already showed that they have no control over their various groups and what is happening has already happened in the past when SSP / LEJ would hide in Afghanistan under Shia hating Taliban. TTP should have been ejected from Afghanistan by now but they are well back in business.
Bottom line is that you have no evidence for your statements aside from taliban statements which are worth less than a pack of Durex.
