kabab on grill???

ok I know that summer is almost over but I hav a question that needs an answer!

our tikka shikka turns out great BUT our kababs always fall apart.. yep always!

What can you do during the prep to keep them intact on grill?

The mixture should not be watery, it should be thick enough to stay. Dont put qeema in water when you defrost or if its fresh try draining out water keeping it in the colander for like half an hour. Also put corn flour in the kababs while putting other masalas, for 1 kg qeema 2 tbsp cor flour is enough, it also make mixture sticky. Hope it will help.

coat the kabaabs with egg batter ... lightly though...this will also give your kabaab a little crispiness! :)

I don't like egg on my grill kabaabs. Adding corn flour gets it fine. One more thing, adding some meet/fats like 1000/150 makes it perfect.
Egg is used with Shaami kabaabs. Not with Chapli / Seekh / Bihari / Grill kabaabs.
