KAAVISH - The Band

Kaavish - new talent. (at least for me)

Heard their song CHOTI KHUSHIYAAN and I absolutely love the song, the lyrics and the video was really touching. I think they did a great job !

I haven’t heard much of this band before but I am surely going to hear them more in the future.

If you haven’t heard CHOTI KHUSHIYAAN, download it and watch the video also.

KAAVISH(Chotee Khushiyaan) Exclusive Video Review:

Kaavish recently jumped started their career recently by the mega release of Bachpan! Which was a huge success all over. A full fledge, emotional rollercoaster video directed by Umar Anwar reached out to the masses and ruled over them. I personally was swept away! The sadness and the depth of the song was mesmerizing. In competition, Chotee Khushiyaan is a very feel good song. And a very light weight video. Simply lovely.

Ok too much of professional approach. Frankly after watching the video I feel so friendly towards all the people who are around me. Just brings a big smile on my face. Myself belonging to the same age group and having fun with my friends a little too often. I realize the value of the precious moments we all take for granted. And yes they are as frisky as a rubber ball, bounce around and vanish into the blue. This song is about appreciating those moments! and cherishing them. The carefree days will not be eternal and as long as they are here we should make the most of them! it takes a moment to lose the things dearest to us in life, the most we can do is hold on to them in our memories as Wordsworth puts it..

Whenever on my couch I lie
In Vacant or in pensive mood
They flash upon that Inward eye
Which is a Bliss of solitude

These limited moments that we get to spend with the most dearest of friends are like the view of those daffodils which are so refreshing and relieving! We might never get it back, being social animals and getting lost in our business and social life in future, but these are some things we will always hold on to in our hearts. Kaavish has very softly and tenderly captured these moments for us in a song and amazingly enough also in the video! If u look at the video u will not find anything extraordinary about it. It might seem like a bunch of friends going Haywire. But if one sees through the video, one is able to relate to it. The genuine depiction is breath taking. I watched the video and kept thinking, this is exactly the kind of stuff I do with my friends. Oh and yes, I get sprayed upon a lot..heheh Oh now, don’t give me that look, I am going to stick to this video and not going to start my own stories, though I have an interesting bunch :D.

Directed by Umar Amanullah, who also made the video for Shiraz Uppal’s Bolay Mahi. A very sweet, simple and amazing job done by him. Nothing much to mention about the photography either, its simple smooth and sweet. What I appreciate the most is that Umar has actually captured the heart of these moments and did not try to impose a story board. He actually captured the most fun filled moments and delivered a message through them in the boldest of manners worked like a true nature loving person. I particularly liked the beach sequences, the lighting is amazing, the sunset moments are always amazing. Jaffar, Maaz and Raheel are looking good winks. Natasha and Zara are also looking very simple and sweet. Amazing job done guys! You bring smiles to our faces. And Natasha, I could so relate to you, I suffer from those sprays all the time. Rocks on girls and boys. I loved the video and of course the song is amazing too, no doubt about that! Anyways, just one question, don’t u people have exams? Hehe…they are killing me:lol: u are lucky to have so much fun. And we all are Lucky to be Young!

Final rating of the song and video is 8 out of 10, come on guys give me a break. It was so soft on my nerves, so sweet and soft. So lets just be nice! Good job by Umar Amanullah, Kaavish, Natasha and Zara. Thumbs up and Good luck !
