anyway, I came across a piece of humour in that book…u ppl probably won’t see it as a joke, but i had a good laugh reading it:
it concerns letting go of ab object to determine whether ur in acceleration or not, he clarifies it with an example: by throwing a stone…and then he says:
“throwing a stone is beneath the dignity of a theoretical physicist - he releases a test-particle. And from now on we will release a test-particle”
