A bazooka isn't just for anti-tank use. You can use it to attack infantry in hardened positions such as bunkers and building too. You can also use it to take out low-flying helicopters (think Somalia and Blackhawk Down), and it can be used (albeit inefficiently) against lighter vehicles such as truck and jeeps.
