K1 Visa or K3 … which one is better ??
US guppies please help it is so confusing:o (please don’t suggest that ask ur lawyer , which I will anyway but still since decision is min so looking for some personal experiences)

K1 is for Fiance visa and K3 is for spouse. In order for you to apply for K3 you need to first apply for CR-1.
I am not sure what you mean by which is better. They both have their pros and cons.

K1 is better if you want your spouse to come quickly to the US, K3 takes between a year and 2 and a half years.
K1 or K3 Visa
If you're engaged then k1 and if you're married then k3. If you apply for k1 you're gonna have to get married to your feonce within a certain period of time(it's either 2 weeks or 1 month, not sure) when you get to America. As far as I know the wait time is the same unless they put your case in process after the interview.

For K1 you have to be married in 90 days. Also, you need a recent picture of both of you in the same pic. I dont know the approval rate out of Pakistan but its usually low since they see that as part of people wanting to move to US
