the surprising part is that this black JW was speaking URDU! the flyer is in urdu too! Do these people target certain cultural groups? The area where I live there are many Pakistanis too.

I don't find that surprising. They used to send their Arab members to meet with our family. They came a couple of times and it seemed they forgot that we weren't Arabs. I do believe that they use some of their members to target certain cultural groups.

I've had all kinds of different people speak Urdu to me; black, chinese, iranian, even some Arabs.
