While creating other thread on Justice system on Pakistan his name came to my mind. He took many suo motu actions (probably as CJ of SHC). He was made OSD (officer on special duty) probably in first BB government. I think he also took on MQM and other parties when they interefered in justice system. He also called higher-ups of police (IG/DIG/comissioners) to courts many times for explainations on different issues/cases (either as result of suo motu or a case filed). I had high regards for him when I was in Pakistan.
Please don’t bring up why he is not there (SC) anymore.
Does anyone have more information on him (regardless of good or bad information)?
