who the hell people are saying about the integrity and honesty of Justice Bhagwandas....
he is one of the most bravest...most just....most honest judge ever produced by pakistan.....
he is the man..who openly said after heraing of Dictator case that...dual office holding is 100% against the Constitution of Pakistan.....
the Dictator...first wanted to stop him in India..then pressurized him..to dismiss CJ in SJC.....
hahhaa...matrac pass dictator....ordering acting CJ of pakistan to stay in India.....
have you ever heard such jokes..in Western judicial system.....but in banana republic of pakistan...everything is posible....

Yup he sure is the same person who took the oath on "dictator's" PCO in 2000. How very constitutional and "honest". He kept enjoying it for 5 long years and now all of a sudden he came to know that "dictator" is unconstitutional .... perfect bollywood movie :)

Ex-judge Bhagwandas put under house arrest KARACHI, Pakistan, Jan 12 (PPI): Former acting chief justice of Pakistan, Justice Rana Bhagwandas, was Saturday put under house arrest under the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) in Karachi. Rana Bhagwandas reached his Bath Island residence at about 5:30pm after administering oath to the newly- elected governing body members of the Karachi Bar Association, when the police cordoned off the building and asked him not to leave the residence. Police said the step was taken as a part of security measures to protect the life of the judge. Justice Rana Bhagwandas told media on telephone that restriction on his free movement was a house arrest

But from the post of Pakpatriot1 posted 9th January with quoted article, I thought that his movement was already restricted. What restricted movement means? … I thought that restricted movement meant he can only go to toilets and move around in his house, but it seems he was moving around all over the place

What? Are you saying the great Rana Bhagwandas along with the EX CJ took oath on the PCO. Surely not. :D

Justice Das was house arrested 3 days before ...as he said in Karachi bar...that...judges will soon restore..at thier seats....
and 20 members of civil society are arrested by police who were protesting outside his home in Karachi....among them was ..son of Justice sabihuddin....the former CJ of Sindh High Court...the same man who took Suo Moto of 12 may,mayhem.....!!!!!!!!!!!
