just wondering !!

:salam:

We humans always wish things to be different like

" I wish i was a guy"
" I wish i was rich"
" I wish i was at a better school "
" I wish I had better opportunities" etc etc “hazaaroh khwahishain aisi ki hur khahish pey dum nikley etc etc etc”

Do animals wish things like this too .Like maybe a lion wishing to be a bird so that he can fly or an alligator wishing to be a lion so that he can be the king of the jungle.Or the snail wishing to be a horse so that he can run faster Or maybe they all wishing to be Humans etc etc ??

Re: just wondering !!

lol...i m assuming every living being wishes........!!!

I am not sure in what context exactly you asked that question but I think my input would be a bit helpful.

I think there is not much scientific research (if any) done in this field to refer to because science follows certain rules and may be we are not there yet.

But I guess animals dont wish things. they definitely learn new things and evolve for the benefit of their survival as a species. for example if you kill some animal, say elephant, lion or cobra snake, the rest of their family might try and kill you the next time they see you or may even hunt you down but that would not be a wish to kill you but a response to a survival threat thats been imposed on them.

Other birds like homing pigeons could be another example. They dont think, wish and stress about when they are gonna get home. How they gonna get home. what if some other pigeon get home before them. what if they dont get home. how long its gonna take n stuff. its just natural for them to do what they ought to do.

In other words animals are locked in a frequency to be what they are and do what they are asked/told to do by Allah, while Human beings have been given the ability and power to choose their frequency (by desires and thoughts) to be and do whatever they want (guidance have been provided though).

Re: just wondering !!

what intoxicated is saying is basically this: animals, barring a few mammals, have a primitive brain compared to humans, so their brain cannot produce emotions like wishing for something or to be something (unless i missed some episode of Discovery )

I did not say anything from discovery channel and I could not grasp that last bit of your post.

Enlighten me please :)
