now for instance if the inbox is filled…n no more space left to recieve a PM…n someone wants to close/delete/move a thread…wht happens then…
..we won’t receive a PM right…magar will tht stop the thread from being closed/deleted/moved…
…ya to the thread will still be deleted/closed/moved…

Moderators will still be able to take actions. It's just that members will not be able to receive notification if their inbox is full.

actually, you get a notification even if your box i s full… it overrides the quota 
at least, ehsan bhai and Azkar Paa jee were able to do so with me
