I would say if he feigns to be so serious about you, why not approach the topic of marriage with him? I would say that you are a mature woman with 2 kids and can't afford some long romance and are looking for marriage and a father for your kids. Let's see how he responds to that. If he appears to be serious, I would ask him to get his family involved and that he should speak to his parents about you. You don't want to be in a relationship going nowhere anyway. So be very clear and firm with him about your expectations and see what happens.

thank you for all you advice, and I thought I owe it to you to update you,
I broke up with him a few hours back, blocked him everywhere :(
I wanted to give him time to settle into college and we had been going over the long term stuff prospects, basically me telling me its not going to work, and all the other things you guys had advised me about .He just kept telling me not to over think and he will take care of everything etc but even though I had started liking him a lot, I felt the age difference and me having kids was too big an obstacle to overcome in the pakistani culture. He proposed to me which I turned down,obviously and ........... and that's it .
