Maybe well it depends how many ppl pray for them even sometimes it looks like they r lucky bcuz many times they have reached in semi finals only by winning one game lol

remember the T/20 cup in England? Pakistan was rated outsider. No one expected them even to make it to the qtr finals. Rest is history. Never underestimate the Pakistani team.

Theoretically any team can win the WC - just that some have a greater chance of winning than others. Pakistan team has a record of upsets in the past and they are the under dogs this time.

I think…it will be best for Pakistan not to aim right away for the would-be World Champions…rather proceed match by match or even ball by ball or overs by overs…saving and resting the ace players in not-so-essential-matches…while observing the other potential contestors…and adjusting their tactics accordingly… 
PS: Never ever expose your squads’ full potential till the final game…the opponents read you more than playing the game…
