oh its an indian view .. one specific category in india believes in controlling the “SELF” thru yoga practises .. and in order to become the “ELITE” they do this .. HIGHEST LEVEL OF CONCENTRATION is required to do this, they put their head into the ground and feet up in the air .. so they prove balancing and living without air .. usually they do until the dude falls .. whoever makes it to the longest time, is called something like a GURU ..
