Hareem, I'm not a religious expert, but I think it could also mean what Islam teaches us that 'there is no compulsion in Religion'. People of other faiths are free to practice their religions in Islam.
The gate in the middle of the picture signifies heaven, and any pious man who believes in God and has lead a righteous life should end up there, I think thats what the picture is saying....

I think its pretty silly to assume only muslims can enter heaven.
