Is it just due to being drunk? I guess no. Their own so said " jawans" are getting sick due to a strange war that Indian government is pushing on Kashmiri Muslims. If India think Kashmir is a part of Indian then Is this how you treat your owns (if they are)by forcing them to quiet or killing them, Even recognizing that your own troops get mentally sick due to this?
