what do u do when u have reported a personal attack to the mods of the forum, n they reply to tell u that they have no idea about it? oh n mean while the posts have been uran chu already.

Sorry, If a mod sees them he/she will remove them. You consent is not required in that case.
More complaints about some particular guppy should be directed to Admin, so he may ban him/her.
