Just like Hareem .. I too have a wedding coming up!

Just like Hareem, i too have a wedding coming up and that too my own:blush: I want to keep a food log as well and get scolded for what i am doing wrong. I hope i am calculating right, if i am not let me know…

Starting YESTERDAY: 6/24/2011

BREAKFAST: elaichi wala doodh (150) + naan chanay (~300) = 450
MID-DAY: Green Tea with 1/2 spoon sugar (i cant drink it otherwise)

LUNCH: Chinese hot sauce chicken with 1/4 portion rice (~300) + chicken corn soup (~150) = 450

EVENING: Fruit chaat (~150)

DINNER: 1/2 ROTI + masoor ki daal = ~ 150

**TOTAL INTAKE: 1200

**These days i dont have time so no exercising

Total calories are good but also look at the carb to protein ratio.

hey Daffy congrats.....I suggest you should stop taking carbs in the evenings, substitute it with salads and steamed meat.
