Starting YESTERDAY: 6/24/2011
BREAKFAST: elaichi wala doodh (150) + naan chanay (~300) = 450
MID-DAY: Green Tea with 1/2 spoon sugar (i cant drink it otherwise)
LUNCH: Chinese hot sauce chicken with 1/4 portion rice (~300) + chicken corn soup (~150) = 450
EVENING: Fruit chaat (~150)
DINNER: 1/2 ROTI + masoor ki daal = ~ 150
**TOTAL INTAKE: 1200
**These days i dont have time so no exercising
