The sites are bull**** they twist Quranic verses and Ahadeeth and take them out of context to present Islam in a bad way.
They fear Islam, it alarms the Jews, Fundamentalist Christians and Hindus that our Islam is spreading so fast, the fundamental principles of Islam go against their dirty lifestyles and their corrupt ideologies.
They use a lot of tactics to try and destroy Islam, e.g. media, school text books, anti-Islam books for the general public, material directed to Muslims wrote by Coptic Christians in Arabic/Urdu etc. pretending to be converts, missionary activities in the Muslim world, and ofcourse the love Muslims to death for Jesus Christ tactic.
Islam is a religion without men and Christianity is men without a religion. They twist the facts to make the truth appear as falsehood, and falsehood appear as the truth.
They waste so much money and effort on missionaries, teaching them evil tactics for years, yet we hardly have any.
Despite all their efforts thousands and thousands of non-Muslims are converting to this great Deen, a lot of them are their own Priests and Rabbis. The conversion out of Islam is insignificant compared to people coming into Islam.
I am sure your intentions are good, I too have come across these sites but by showing them here you are doing more harm then good,
