I met this chick yesterday and she said that the first thing she notices on a man (physically) is the butt. That got me thinking that I’m spending all my time in the gym on the wrong parts of my body (upper body).

Face. Then shoulders, they must be wide. Arms, must be strong. A strong, muscular torso and strong legs.
Also, proportionate body is a MUSTTT.

for me it would just be the eyes and the way he has styled his hair, physically speaking of course… otherwise dressing and then while interacting the way he speaks!!

am talking about the way they talk. that doesnt mean they have to have perfectly fluent english or anything. but just the way they talk.
for me a man must be WELL SPOKEN at least…urdu/english whatever but bolne ki tameez to ho

I dont know if the rear end is a priority for most women...they usually maintain eye contact and try to speak TO the guy rather then AT the guy.
I would say physically...strong broad shoulders and their bone structure...strong jaw line...

Definitely, a guy with broad shoulders, strong arms but not like Ken (as in Barbie & Ken 
) Not liking the chip fat in the hair look either.

eyes, face (strong jaw line), broad shoulders, nice arms...etc like curious lady stated a proportionate body is a must.....honestly never looked at a guy's butt before....but hey if that's your thing.......
