^Why do you think that is though? And is it still the same here in the US? People living in the South are less open to diversity than those in the north?
Could it be due to industrialization? For example, the Northern US…Karachi/Lahore being more developed…therefore having greater global connections…hence greater tolerance for diversity? Or perhaps demographics…diverse groups migrating to one area of a country more so than others? Maybe a combination.
