Would it be possible for Gupshup Admins/Developers to add a quicklink to the navigation banner named something like ’ My Posts’ which allows a member to login and check posts/replies made by them?

Isn't that the same thing when you click on Profile and then "Subscribed threads"? If you don't see any threads, that means you have not subscribed to any and you can do so by changing that in your options by clicking on profile.
