Theres a test called CVS (Chorionic Villi Sampling) that can be done in the 10th-11th week of pregnancy. It detects any genetic abnormalities AND can determine paternity. Another option is amniocentesis, same type of test. He should demand that the paternity be established....IF he's the father, he needs to take responsibility and if not, he's off the hook.
