A thread violates the rules => The mods close and/or remove it.
A thread does NOT violate the rules, but would be more appropriate in Poetry rather than in Cafe => The mods move it to that forum and do NOT close it. And you still have the link to that thread in Cafe.
So I really don´t understand why you make an issue out of this.
^^ well said Umer…i really don’t c what the big issue is when the thread has simply been moved from one forum to another…and that 2 in a place that i thought suits it better…
what facts are necessary in this case? mods have a role of judging where a thread belongs and thats what the thread was moved on…like i said, 2 bad u disagree not everyone can be happy with all the decisions…

Anyway, what he moved to poetry is not poetry and I asked him if he wants a debate on what actually is poetry I can provide as many definition of poetry as he wants.
it was a prose that I translated from Pushto to Urdu. And if HE THINKS its poetry then I wonder how have this MOD been the MOD of poetry in past, if he does not even know what poetry is. And also I have seen lots of threads in cafe with some real poetry and they havent been moved.

ppl do post stuff in the wrong forum sometimes deliberately, sometimes not, and sometimes actually believing just like u r that it was in the right one…at the end of the day its the mods decision…everyone is entitled to their opinion…so u r still entitled to urs, that it didn’t belong in poetry but in cafe instead, and i’ll stand by mine, from what i read it seemed more appropriate in poetry instead…
anywayz…i’ve said everythin that i had to say…if u still have an issue, contact admin and if they think otherwise, they’ll move ur thread back…and there would be no arguments there then…
Yes, you are very much right. I dont have anything better to do, cuz Islam teaches me to stand up for my rights and beliefs. It teaches me not to be a hypocrate and to say what I have in my mind.
If one gets arrogant just cuz one have achieved some moderatorship of a website, I think there is nothing better to do than to tell the person that even becomming a sole monarch of the world is not a good reason for arrogance, leave alone becomming just a mod.
