Samsung dealt a big blow against Samsung by finding it did infringe on Apple’s patents, and it didn’t have any better news when it came to its claim that Apple infringed on some of its patents. The jury found that Apple did not infringe on those in cases, although it did rule that the patents were valid. That also, of course, means no damages awarded to Samsung.
