A man accused of raping a woman was acquitted yesterday after the jury accepted his claim that he had been sleepwalking at the time
James Bilton, 22, from York, told police that he had walked in his sleep since he was 13 and must have been sleepwalking when the alleged attack took place because he could not remember anything about it

I f someone manages to kill someone when they sleep walk.. would they be held responsible?
