any easier way to get rid of all unread spam emails in your yahoo acct then selecting all at each page and deleting them.

I dont know any method but for future u can use filtres (if available). Waisay Peer Ji, gmail kyon nahee use kartay aap ?

Najim, gmail is a diff issue, but i want to keep my yahoo accts.. i have had them for ages and every so often i hear from pals who found the addy somehow or had scribbld it somewhere and decided to drop me a note. so I want to keep the damn inbox clean .

Dont delete them mark them as spam.

Just select all mails and click on "SPAM" button instead of clicking on delete button. Spam button is there next to Delete button

But what if the mail comes in Junk Folder there is no "Spam" button there. IT keeps coming there making my mailbox full. No filter works in Yahoo :-(

Mails are automatically deleted in Bulk folder, you dont need to worry about your space, 2 gb space is enough for anyone. You can also change setting of your "Spam", just click on "Options" on your top right hand side window then click on "Spam Protection", there you can set if you want to delete your mails in Bulk folder every week or 2 week or month. Yahoo automatically deletes them.

But some times some of my important mail also goes to Junk folder and I don't want them to be deleted.Taking a look on all the hundreds of email is a pain.
IS there any option that , I select some mails and mark it as spammed mail so next time withought letting them enter into my junk box it automatically get deleted.

You will have to turn ON one option to delete spammed mail automatically. Just click on "Options" then "Spam Protection" and enable "Immediately delete these messages upon receipt" option there, but after that you wont be able to review your mesgs in Bulk Folder. Your some important mail could also be deleted without going to Bulk Folder.
