It’s my first time posting in a thread here, but I’ve been reading them for some time now. I wanted some advice about where to order my wedding outfit. I live in the US and can’t go to Pakistan to buy clothes, so I will probably have to have someone replicate a designer outfit for me, because I can’t afford a real designer dress.
From reading all of your reviews, Prototype seems to be a good choice for replicating Bunto Kazmi designs. No one else seems to be giving me decent prices, but I wanted something more modern for my Mehndi. I was looking at Allechant’s facebook page, and they have some really gorgeous outfits. The only issue is that I’m afraid that the maxi style will be out by June. Plus, she’s a little over my budget. Do you know of anyone who can replicate Allechant’s designs, or has done it before?
So what I’m really asking is whether it would be a good idea to go ahead and order one of her designs, or should I wait and see how the fashion changes in the next few months?
the new bridal designs will be out in March 2013.....if you can find someone to commit to the deadline for your wedding between March and June then I'd wait it out.
That's only three months, it'll really be cutting it close. There really aren't any stores around me that sell bridal outfits, and everyone is saying they need at least 2-3 months for a custom bridal order. I'm just wondering if the fashion will really change that fast here
firstly no multi label there in the Us sell designer bridals , they sell designer pret mostly , than the multi labels at devon ave in chicago like studio 2650 , studio elite, the designer lounge , glitterati in houstan, sell trash , as per pakistani standards.I' guess it because you guys in the western world do not have lot of money like you pakistani counterparts to buy stuff for thousands of dollars.
And than you do not have a lot of time because they take from 6 months to year , so for designer you need that much and start off from 5 lacks at least. no designer has any bridal lesser than that , negotiations are seldom , there because they are very heady .
nilofer is one of the most expensive and elitist designers . he generally charges 12 lacks for her good one and for sure nothing under 5 .
so remember for a designer bridal jora your budget has to be atleast 5, 000 $
nilofer is really expensive and now her designs have simply lost the former grace and exquisiteness . they are very gaudy as of now . and I thinks you set budget should at least be 8 lacks for one jora , if heading to the meeras.biz .
