Probably because because he didn’t have any instruments playing. It’s like nasheeds or spoken word, no instruments or maybe only a duff is used and there’s more attention to the words. Dil Dil Pak is about love for a country, not love toward a person, a body part, etc. Patriotism isn’t condemned and the lyrics aren’t inappropriate either.
