first he needs to stop selling silk kurtas for men, drawing management salary for a place that sells stuff that is not allowed is not a very islamic thing to do.

Its like saying he is drawing management salary of a restaurant that serves booze.

secondly, he needs to close the shop, get rid of all proceeds from music business and any profit, interest etc etc that was based on that money.

Then he can talk.

PS: he also needs to compensate artists whose music he stole.

If he’s serious he should get rid of all his Haraam wealth from his music career by giving it away to charity, he needs to stop earning more Haraam wealth by selling silk dresses for men (as silk is forbidden for males) and he needs to find himself a nice Halaal career and start from scratch.
