Whatever back to my point 4th of July should be an international even to mark freedom against oppression. Do you think taliban would participate?

There are 191 nation states. Not 192. The Vatican does not constitute a viable independent nation.
Should the people of Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Ho Chi Min City et al. consider it their independence day as well?
