mughals had a good choice when it came to women, julia wud never had made it to their harem, hence u wud never see this painting if she existed during their time....

oh okay- cause i saw an exhibition by the students of indus valley 2 years ago where one of their art classes was taking modern day images into moghul miniature paintings very similar to this. the most intersting one was where a girl used Benazir bhutto, followed by one with Marylin Manson.
