Juhi Chawla visits Karachi

KARACHI: Indian movie megastar Juhi Chawla visited her ailing grandmother at a hospital at Shaheed-e-Millat here on Friday. While talking to The News she said that the roads, lights, sea and shopping centers in Karachi reminded her of Bombay. She thanked the people of Karachi for extending love, honour and respect to her. She said that it was her wish to visit all the recreational sites in Karachi but could not do so due to shortage of time. Juhi is the niece of Sateesh Anand. She said that Pakistan’s stage plays and TV dramas are very popular in India while Indian movies seem to be popular in Pakistan. Juhi has been visiting Pakistan during her younger days as she has many relatives here."
