What are PTI’s ToRs for this, as per IK, it is their ToRs which is going to determine if the elections were rigged…
now if we look what IK have been saying:
i guess as per IK these are the major conspirator for the elections 2013… then the ToRs should have things addressing these four and more elements like them..
anyone can please provide the link of PTI’s Terms?

He and his party have blamed every one , Army Chief and indirectly army in extra vote printing issue , whole Judiciary ,caretaker governments except KPK care takers , Media and others ’

He talked about NA-122 in London just now , he should have to say this at home and before the court .

It is obvious that Nawaz Sharif or Rana Sanaullah did not sit in a polling station and change ballot papers. There are people who are hired to do the dirty work. So PMLN wants to use that as a loophole and argues that if 'someone else' did the deed, the party is not responsible (though they are happy to keep the fake votes). PTI argues that no matter who did it, rigged votes should be thrown out.

^^ So don't want to investigate 35 punctures? do not want to see the conspiracy of Judiciary do want to see who did the "massive" rigging"!!! if not then why blaming them 24/7 why defaming them???
I have raised this issue with many PTIans and none can tell why PTI do not want to investigate its own claims??
to me PTI have got no ability to perform so they have got everyone behind the truck light... and PTIans, instead of monitoring what is being done in KPK.... are just busy in dancing and abusing...

Again, PMLN believes that if Sharif brothers or PMLN office bearers are not found to be directly responsible, then status quo should remain.
PTI's perspective is that the whole gamut should be investigated...starting from a recount, to an audit, to ROs, and then on to the ones who commandeered them.
If criteria of 'performance' is bridges and metros, then KPK is not performing. But if the criteria is development/improvement of institutions, then KPK leads the pack by a mile...even according to sworn enemies.

Imran Khan is a joke, no performance all talk, he can keep crying but won't get the PM seat unless he actually tries to improve Pak's economy instead of dancing in darnas and shutting down cities.

There is simple thing..
PTI/IK blamed everything under sun involved in rigging... now it is logical to find out what PTI/IK was saying was true or not!!! because if it is true.. then the elections stand null and void and all those involved ( as named by IK... najam sethi etc) should be punished and taken to the task...
why IK do not want to get his blames verified ??? it is easy compare to check 300+ constituencies isn't it, it is less time consuming.. and given that IK have openly said he have proves for the rigging... let him present them in front of the Judicial commission... and they can then declare the elections void...
IK does have prove right? because if not then IK would become a certified Liar and would be declared liar by the courts, i hope you know what does that means..
and probably this is the reason IK do not want Judicial commission to investigate his blames and accusations on others...

And now on performance
Yes Making bridges and roads and infrastructure is govt job, because this give people comfort in commuting...if any govt says that they cannot and/or do not believe in developing infrastructure ... then that govt itself is a joke...

Just one questions how many of those 30,000 bogus votes were in favour of the PTI candidate? If its even 1 bogus vote then PTI was involved in rigging as well.
