Judge resigns, but refuses to leave “government provided residence”.

My o My! The trappings and the powers of sitting judge. Oh they are so precious, and so difficult to leave behind.

Sure the Judge-al-Jihad wants to live in the house for ever.

Deposed judge being forced to vacate house
Deposed judge Justice MA Shahid Siddiqui said on Monday night that the Lahore High Court administration had threatened to throw him out of his official residence if he did not vacate it soon. He said one of the three LHC additional registrars had been tasked to get the house vacated.

Re: Judge resigns, but refuses to leave "government provided residence".

This is called ... ‘Kam kay na kaaj kay, sau mun anaaj kay’. Jaab yea crooks kaam nahi karna chahtay tou muft kee facility kewn chahtay hain?

When new rules came (PCO) and this person used his right not to work under this rule and thus get a sack, than if he had any real character, he should have left all facilities associated with the job. But it is funny mentality of all crooks in Pakistan, that not to work but still expect to avail the facilities of a working person, unless they are thrown out of the facility by police.

Another problem is that, once these crooks are kicked out, they start crying, then their supporters with similar thinking would come blaming the government that they are wronged, even though these out of job crooks deserve to get a kick out of all job related facilities once they are out of job.
