no, that is not always true.
sometimes, what is too good to be true, is called for, as it makes its way home to the heart of the person, one begins to like & finds a reciprocrated genuine care, in return.
being open & abiding by the rule of being principled, realistic & your self, does encourage good energy to come about, in time.
