I am off to Karbala in an attempt to make my meager contribution to the wage of risalat of Nabi e paak. It is journey of love albeit often an expensive one with many paying for it with their lives. Just yesterday more than 40 pilgrims were killed by a suicide bomber. A day earlier 7 people who were serving food and water to the lovers of Aba Abdillah were killed in an attack. Yet the love of Mohammad and his household stays strong in the hearts of people with more than 20 million from across the world set to visit the once desert where syedna Imam Hussein and his family and companions lye to rest.
A request for a quick prayer from all of you. And iA will share my experience if and when time permits.

May ALLAH protect you and rest of Zaieeren Pathan Bahi, Remember all of us in your prayers.... If ALLAH has promised in Quran that Every Soul shall taste death; then their isnt a better way to do so than getting killed by enemies of islam for loving Imam Ali a.s.

Our local zakir was there around ashura and he saw many dead bodies especially pakistani, because of the crowd and the fear of 2 or 3 bomb blasts the intezamiya will ask you to walk on
The dead are taken care of when the situation allows and its said to be spiritually fulfiilling journey .
