I just want to know who rated my Journal, and how can I improve it. I consider it as my right.

Can't be done.
It just shows you how much people like the journal on a scale of 1-5 stars. No extra feedback can be left. Though, you can ask your journal buddies to leave their comments so you can improve it whatever way they suggest you to.

Well, you may consider it as your left or right, point is, this is voluntary. The person who rated your journal is under no obligation to disclose him/herself. You can ask around, though.

Ask around who? I don't know people around here. I don't have Journal buddies; and I hate the fact of asking people around how good or bad I am. When you make a review for a movie or a CD, you always write something before giving out ratings. The Journal isn't really a feedback since anyone can just rate it without dropping a comment.
