Should be changable over time. Lets say, I rated someone;s journal back in September Excellent, and now I don’t find it as much worth, I should be able to edit it? no?

Hows that rude if that very same journal person is cursing you out in his/her journal?
Or has ideas that you highly oppose? or is disrespecting something you highly value?Or should there be a journal rating at all?
