My khalu (a doc) drinks it religiously, he finds it awesome.

I’ve tried it for flu etc and it tastes nice.

I've had joshanda lots of times, yes it helps soothe your throat.
My mom used to make a home-made version of it also, which was more bitter yuck but also worked better :)
