So a good buddy gave me some Johar Joshanda for my cold and after only 2 servings, I feel fantastic.
I poured one single serving packet into a hot cup of tea without cream of course, and it tasted pretty good.
These things work!

alhamdulillah it's still the same, it's common, they say u need more than 1 surgery to get this straightened, i think i can live without another surgery. jazakallah. for asking.

joshanda was the best home remedy for flu ,sinus & cold that i ever had.
do try the one from hamdard , they've all uncrushed dried herbs in it , and taste so good

Joshanda works pretty well for flue and cold but totally ineffective for hay fever. My bad, I wasted a lot of these sachet bags during my hay fever days trying to treat it as normal flue and cold
