Joomla is IN these days . I decided to look into it . I was wondering that what are the bridges available between Joomla and other software i.e. phpBB, MyBB etc . for a single sign on .
There is one that Tofi/Lafanter told me about (Joomla-SMF Forum(JSMF) Bridge)
Oh yesh . It is a secret mission between me and azkar . I think I can share with you reliable people here . We are trying to have a mirror site of GS , but without pcg
Ok now if any will tell her , he/she gona get hurt realllllll baadddddddddd
On a serious note , for past couple of year I been busy with my non-technical degree , and now I am almost done with it . So now I am trying to learn all the exciting stuff that I missed :)
Six years (2003/2004) ago I had an opportunity to test about 9 or 10 CMSes, I settled on Joomla. That was then, early last year, I migrated all of my websites (over 17k articles for one) to Wordpress. The ease of use, templates, customization, etc. is A LOT easier in wordpress compared to joomla. The core upgrades are a breeze, you have more plugins available to you and its a lot less bulky than joomla.
What are you trying to accomplish with joomla or joomla+sign on bridge?
Already had enough of it . About two years . I really admire their development environments and ease of use .
Naman,
