Without a singular logical response, you have ranted on against the army without any weight to your arguments. I have replied to each of your allegations, which can be verified easily.
I already mentioned that I am a civilian, from a civilian background. When I referred to leeches, I was clearly referring to the real estate agents who lap up DHA plots and Askari homes, and resell them for a huge premium. And the buyers again are civilians, who are willing to pay any price asked for. All politicians have bungalows in DHA, which they bought from corruption money. They are leeches, for sure.

Regarding NUST, you have been so off. I already gave you an incomplete list of Military schools that NUST leases in order to pass on education to civilians. Obviously, they would be imparting low cost, or free education to military kids, and cadets, while charging civilians for the privilege. Its common logic. Happens in all major schools/colleges, where children of teachers get low cost, or even free education, while others have to pay through their noses.

Now lets talk about the Pakistani land that you so highly speak of. Historically, all DHA and Askari colonies have been built way out of city limits. Look at DHA Lahore. It used to be considered to be in a remote village, until it got setup and populated by officers. And then it became a ‘posh’ locality, with every overnight millionaire belonging to one political party or the other buying a place there.
Now compare that to the lands occupied by Wapda and Railway. Till a few years ago, Railway used to own the famous golf course in Lahore, until they went bankrupt and sold it to Royal Palm. Your civilian organizations have had access to prime lands in the middle of the city, which they have converted to dumps, thanks to corruption and nepotism. In contrast, DHA and Askari colonies are built on land outside the city, near places like Bhatta chowk, Bedian Road, which no politician would have thought of relocating to till DHA got setup there.

Sad state of affairs in our country, where people just want to target the armed forces in order to find a scapegoat for the failure of our civilian setup.

Army guys are in no way superior to civilians, period ! that’s a backward mindset installed by the british masters and one that will soon go away as times are changing.
