how come some people’s join year is 1969 when the director joined in 1999?

actually we built this place in the year when Neil Armstrong landed at moon, but we forgot to hire a director, later while 1999 Coup we had same situation here, thus we proved the mother of invention is really a need... :-)

Yeah in 1969 when man stepped at Moon, in retaliation Mars people landed at Earth and formed this GS site :-p
