Imran khan is also against army in the tribal areas (a poll in tribal areas supported it even though drones have less collateral damage) but the point is that imran is living in the twentieth century, when the whole system has been shaken with taliban dislodged from afghanistan having assassinated maliks and taking over tribal areas.

I don't get the logic behind these drone attacks. Drone is a very useful weapon system that takes warfare into star wars era, but this advertisement campaign (like First Gulf war for Patriot Missile) is against the charter of human rights. No US or Int'l law gives anyone right to kill a terrorist's family or neighbors. If US has very sophisticated network on ground which gives them accurate intel, why don't they find other ways to get that person removed than firing missile in civilian areas. This is also very strange that no western country protests against these attacks. If they can convinced Mujahideen to fight against so called 'evil Red Army' why can't they cut a deal with anti-Taliban forces in tribal areas and help them mop up on the ground for them.
