Its really amazing how he was able to make such a big decision at such a young age. Shows maturity of mind and a true desire to seek the truth about life. Though in his case it was really unfortunate that he fell in the hands of the extremist elements. The article talks about him fighting against freedom, as understood in the American media. But I think he used his freedom in life to the full extent, making the choices he thought were correct.
I was also surprised to read the whole story. I think I had asked this question in the World Affairs that what are the reasons that are leading youngsters, not only from poor masses, but educated and middle class to dedicate themselves to such things and make such big decisions.
I didn't get any satisfactory answer. Maybe someone here can answer this here.
