John Reid’s guide to the Tell tale signs that your child has become radicalised

The home secretary Mr John Reid is concerned that Muslim youth are getting radicalised by preachers of hate and being groomed to become suicide bombers within Britain. Of course British foreign policy has nothing what so ever to do with Muslim youth getting radicalised, and the fact that Islam is the only way of life which is correct, and brings tranquillity to the hearts and minds of people is totally irrelevant..

Here is a guide which contains signs to look for in your children, if you see any of these signs then please be a good citizen and inform the authorities who will subsequently despatch several hundred officers many of them armed with dogs and helicopters to take your child away, assuming of course they have not been shot and killed or wounded already e.g. John Charles De Menezes and Abdul Kahhar in Forest Gate. Please forward and circulate as widely as possible, jzk in advance.

  1. Stopped going out Friday nights getting pissed and coming home covered in blood and vomit, instead chooses to stay in and pray tahajjud with some friends some of whom have beards.

  2. Stopped wearing hat back to front with f**k u on it now wears a topee and other religious garbs.

3.Stopped disrespecting and shouting at parents, lowers his voice and uses the best manners when speaking with his parents and all people even non-Muslims

  1. Stopped eyeing up and making lewd comments at women in the street now he Lowers gaze when he sees women and calls Muslim women using the term ‘sister’.

  2. Stopped watching violent gangster and porn films, now he watches Islamic programmes and those which do not contain sex, violence and swearing.

  3. Stopped going to bhangra gigs to fight Hindus and Sikhs and pull loose women to abuse, instead spends his evenings with family and friends or at the masjid.

  4. Stopped listening to gangster rap and reggae which glorify swearing and disrespecting of women instead listens to Quran and nasheeds which promote the Islamic values.

  5. Stopped drinking, drugs and other substance abuse for that elusive ‘high’, now gets spiritually ‘high’ by praying in the masjid and reading Quran, seems happy and jolly most of the time.

Girls

  1. Stopped wearing tight revealing clothes which used to attract wolf whistles and now wears the hijab and jilbaab

  2. Stopped swearing and cussing like a jamiacan bad girl every sentence used to contain the ‘f’ word, now speaks in a respectable manner using words like subhanAllah and inshAllah.

  3. Stopped listening to hindi and western songs which promote dating and casual sex now listens to Quran or nasheeds.

  4. Stopped treating her mum like a servant now respects her mum and helps with house work and actually takes pride in housework.

  5. Changed her mind about doing PhD and establishing herself in her career and getting married at 33 and have 2.2 children, instead wants to get married after finishing university and have lots of children and be a housewife.

  6. Stopped dating 3 or 4 men at the same time and wants to get married to someone who’s religious and abides by halal and haram.

  7. Stopped going to day time bhangra gigs and getting of with asian ( Hindu and Sikh guys) for casual relationships.

  8. Stopped watching Bollywood movies which promote dating and so called love at first sight, instead watches programmes about Islam and the plight of the Muslim ummah.

Muslim youth turning terrorist is a real concern in this country and something needs to be done.

Parent's are partly responsible because these kids are not brought up proper by them (due to laziness, busy over-working or over-bollywooding, culture gap, uneducated), they don't connect with their kids to teach them proper Islam so these kids who are neither of the East nor the West, neither British nor Pakistani, neither Muslim nor Christian, these kids feel EMPTY, HOLLOW, they need a sense of belonging because to the White British they're "Pakis, CURRY MUNCHERS, they pray to cows and elephants, their mum wears a reset button on her forehead, their dad is brown with a tache and stinks of masala". They can't connect with their parents because their parents are from another world 7 seas away which their parents have not taught them about. We humans are tribal/pack animals, so these kids get into gangs, they wear their Allah pendants and Paki flags without knowing what these mean, they can't be a part of these silly gangs mugging old ladies and kicking bus shelters in for the rest of their lives so they are easy prey for these Cult leaders who makes them terrorists. It's nothing to do with Allaah, world domination, shagging virgins in heaven, anti-American-Freedom, it's just simple young dope-smoking, lass-shagging lads looking for belonging and purpose in life, they want to be gangsters and these cults promise them that and then misuse their emotions, and I don't doubt for a minute these simple lads will go ahead and do this because when they're made angry by being shown what Israel or America or Britain are doing or aiding each other in doing to Muslims (brown people in hijabs and beards who look like their mums and dads), they don't give a toss, they're not scared of death or violence, they're mostly ex-gangsters and have played with death all their lives doing drugs and sometimes having mates getting killed in the proccess so they'll happily go ahead and do it and the promise of heaven and wives is a bonus to them.

I'm not against Jihad, what is happening to my people sadden me, it makes my blood boil when I see a Muslim Palestinian child sheltering behind his daddy getting mercilessly shot to death by Israeli soldiers or when I see Israeli's bombing a Lebanese village to ashes, or I see them blocking aid and food to dieing babies in Palestine or I see America bombing wedding receptions in Afghanistan or defending it's Jewish chum in all the evil it continues to commit, it makes me sick to the stomach but you can't just go out andf target innocents in Jihad, Jihad has guidelines you have to abide by, and aren't we just as bad as the Kuffaar if we too start targetting innocents?

Jihad is our pride, I agree Muslims have to stand up for themselves like real men not pussies letting everyone walk all over them but Jihad doesn't mean killing innocents or even yourself, that's not the way of Muslim gentleman warriors, that's the way of cowardly Kaafirs. We don't follow the Cathloic-Nazi Pope or Protestant Bush, we follow Rehmat al-Aalameen (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

It pisses me off when a I see poor, old, innocent ladies and children being killed by 'so called Muslims' in London and NY and what have you when our real enemies (and their supporters) who are killing our Muslim children, brothers and sisters in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and Lebanon are going scotch free, even back in them countries it's the Iraqis, Afghans etc. what die in suicide bombings not the foreign combatants.

Obviously you have to fight those who fight you but why target the innocents amongst their people??? Some of these goray are proper safe and inclined to Islam but these terrorists are giving Islaam and Muslims a bad name. You can't just target anyone in Jihad, fair enough some of them are twats anyway but what about the babies, old biddies, the decent ones (my mum and dad tell me heart warming stories of English people who were decent and helped them settle in this country when they couldn't speak a word of English).

Is there some middle ground between being a dope-smoking slut and a radical, kafir-killing extremist? Apparently not in the eyes of this author. It's a shame people only see the world in black and white when most of the world is made up of shades of gray.

showkat, i share you concern over john reids stupidity. as a british citizen i’m at least embarassed by his completely retarded comments. not only is he insulting and undermining muslims, but he is insulting and underminding the intelligence of the british public.

do you think we can’t see beyond the smoke? please, give us some credibility. this prat does not speak on my behalf, nor many other british citizens. i see his comments as inflammatory and a means to an end. he cares nothing for the muslim or british community. he cares only to create further hostility to widen the gap and make us believe that the war in iraq was justified. please, don’t be blinded by his discriminatory remarks. don’t give him what he and the labour government want - a wider division.

look at the big picture and you will understand how utterly sinister his intentions are. he chooses to speak to muslim parents and ask them to spy on their children… why? because of 9/11 and 7/7. statistically speaking, people are far more likely to die from crossing the road than they are from muslim extremists. we need to put this into perspective. he should have called upon all british parents to spy on their kids and ensure they wear a crash helmet when crossing the road.

Sir, I have listened carefully to John Reid and as a British Muslim parent wish to make a public declaration of developing extremism in my children.

My family are supporters of Reading Football Club but my son is showing some extremist tendencies of sym- pathy to Manchester United.

Given that I am more likely to be stopped and searched, transported to unknown camps around the world for questioning and receive little help from my Government in the process, I wish to declare that we will all be within punching distance this weekend when Reading play Manchester United.

As a parent I am, of course, more concerned about the risks of drugs, alcohol, bullying in school, getting my children into higher education, student debt, sexually transmitted disease and unplanned pregnancy in our children.

I recognise, however, that despite my half Irish background with republican sympathies on that side of the family, that I shall be treated differently if my children show extreme tendencies compared to others of different religion who may also harbour extreme tendencies.

Only thing that bugs me is that the person who wrote it put PhD and having a career as being equivalent to cursing, doing drugs, and premarital sex?
