well brides now a days.. pakistani ones anyway. usually only wearr one set.. buttt alot of gurls have started bringing two sets back in fashion.. like one chokar type and one LONGGG..

i really dont like these, but when i was in lahore in spring last year, all the jewelers had proudly displayed them in their showcases. yuck.

Tanishq has GORGEOUS stuff. They did all the jewellery for Jodha Akbar. They had a separate URL for these sets but it is not working now. BTW, the wedding set, which Aishwarya wore in the film, weighed around three-and-a-half kg. Does your cousin want gold sets or imitation ones?

ya those are still in but dont go overboard with too much jewellry. it usually only looks good in movies lol.
or if u want to wear alot of jewellry dont have so much kaam on ur shirt.

i like these style of neclace .i feel itsdifferent then usual bridal sets.once can go for it..
if u want artificial but gold plated then there is a shop in lavish mall @ tariq road got these type of sets in all colour.

Isn't this the cousin who chose the poofy modern looking lengha and she wants to wear a very heavy traditional necklace set with it? it won't go at all. those jodha akbar sets look good with a traditional looking outfit, not fusion outfits. it will look mish mash

^^^^lolz....yep its dat cuzin....shes decided to not get the fall at the bottom and the top is going to be kinda plain....not that embroided....so thats why she want a heavy set....
