yara am not talking about field..am doing fine.. just want to go back before am totally trapped.. many going back and survive.. and surviving is what we r doing these days here in USA.. but its my personal view
Then you should not be looking for the regular work for someone else sort of job unless as a starter. There is a lot more to do by been your own boss or forming a partnership. A lot of the time seems to wasted back home in paper pushing and if you are your own boss you can manage that by having other ventures at the same time.
Thats why I asked about the job search, not to say that going back is bad at all. I have often thought about it myself but I know it would be difficult working for the govt and my best bet would be finding international firms working there.
