Salaam Everyone!
So I’ve pretty much lived in the US all my life and will be going to Karachi for 5 months to do a cosmetology course. The classes are near Tariq Road… does anyone know where I can find a part-time job? Perhaps teaching English or working in an office setting?

If you are a cutiepi , who can speak English with American accent , you should have no problem finding a job. A call center will hire you in a jiffy.

try axact - one the better call centers we have here - they pay good ....
for teaching English at good institutes or schools - you must have a Post graduate degree preferably in English Lit ] to make you eligible for an interview ...
If you dont mind me asking - how much money you have in your mind that you think you could earn from a part time job ?
I am asking because you wont be able to make a living from any part time job here ....

What is an appropriate salary for a call center? I am just looking to busy myself while I am there and whatever I'll earn will go to my khalajaan (since I'll be staying with her). I was pretty much born and raised in the US so my Urdu isnt phenomenal, everyone refers to it as "ghulabi", and I speak with a heavy english accent, which is why I was leaning towards an English-speaking position.

you can earn hansom amount of money from call center job.
other options are PACC, and DOMINO institutes. But dont know about qualification criteria.
